This ground-floor room was mind-blowing! The size, style, and newly renovated decor were spectacular. The location was super, right in the middle of town, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine and a nice eating area. The separate room for the third bed provided privacy, and the roller shutters help minimize any noise from the street. The hot bakery just across the street was a jaw-dropping bonus. The location was excellent, with easy access and no need for staff on-site. The room was clean and modern, with excellent bathroom facilities. this place was a hidden gem in a prosperous town, and I would definitely come back for a longer stay if I could!

We had a fabulous stay at Guesthouse Room40. The ground-floor room was spacious, stylishly renovated, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. We enjoyed the convenience of having a bakery and a nice place to eat just across the street. Despite being on a busy street, the noise was minimal at night, thanks to the roller shutters. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

While the television had limited channels, the signal interruptions made it difficult to watch. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

The flat-screen TV with cable channels made our stay even more enjoyable. It felt like having our own private cinema in the room! The activities in and around Malmedy, such as hiking and cycling, provided us with endless outdoor adventures. We never had a dull moment during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. I loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops within just 2 minutes. The convenience of having parking available was a definite plus. The room itself was lovely, with beautiful furnishings and a modern feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The quiet location at the back of the building, overlooking the courtyard, ensured a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel was very clean.

super clean and modern room - loved the decor. amazing location right in the center of everything - shops and restaurants are just steps away. discovered some awesome local hiking trails near the church. really appreciated the contactless check-in and the option to easily reach the owners if needed via phone or Whatsapp
